New Smoke Alarms by Feb ‘22

Homes in Scotland must have new fire alarms installed by February 2022. The new alarms have to be ‘interlinked; which means that if one alarm goes off, they all go off. 

Homeowners must take responsibility for complying with the Scottish Government guidance on fire safety. For more information on this, go to
